DEWALT tooling more jobs in Greenfield

GREENFIELD, Ind. — Tool maker Stanley Black & Decker has expanded its DEWALT brand manufacturing operations in Greenfield. The expansion has already created 135 jobs.

The renovated and re-equipped 220,000-square-foot facility is now producing DEWALT corded power tools, including reciprocating saws, screw guns, hammer drills, one-half inch drills and small angle grinders. When fully operational, Stanley Black & Decker plans to produce 1.2 million power tools annually at its Greenfield facility.

Stanley Black & Decker, which currently employs more than 50,000 associates, including more than 1,300 in Indiana, has already begun hiring for various manufacturing positions. Interested applicants may apply online at www.stanleyblackanddecker.com/careers.
